Color Paper is made by adding pigments or dyes to the paper pulp during the paper making process. The pigments or dyes are mixed with the pulp, and then the mixture is formed into sheets of paper. The type and amount of pigment or dye used will determine the color and intensity of the paper. After the paper is formed, it goes through the usual processes of drying and finishing to create the final colored paper product.
