1. Double-layer structure
Coating layer: The surface is coated, usually using materials such as kaolin or calcium carbonate, to make it smooth and flat, suitable for high-quality printing.
Kraft paper backing: The back is made of strong kraft paper, providing high strength and durability.
2. High strength
Tear resistance: The kraft paper backing makes CKB paperboard highly tear-resistant and suitable for making heavy packaging boxes.
Compression resistance: Able to withstand greater pressure, suitable for packaging that needs to protect the internal products.
CKB Board has a wide range of applications, including good tag, paper bags, toiletries, dry foods, frozen and chilled foods, tea and coffee, biscuits, baked goods, clothing, toys, games and photographic products. CKB can also be plastic extrusion coated, laminated with materials such as aluminum foil and greaseproof paper and be given grease resistance and other functional treatments.
