Production process of toilet paper
Raw material processing
Waste paper needs to be broken by hydraulic pulper, de-inked, bleached and other steps.
Natural fibers (such as wood pulp and bamboo pulp) need to be beaten into pulp, and then enter the papermaking machine after adjusting the concentration.
Papermaking process
Pulping: remove impurities through high-frequency vibration screening, and form pure pulp after rinsing.
Forming: The pulp is evenly distributed through the mesh slot and dried by the drying cylinder to form the base paper.
Post-processing: punching and embossing by the rewinder, slitting by the paper cutter, and packaging as the finished product.
