Production process of napkins
1. Raw material processing
Pulping: The wood pulp board is broken up by a hydraulic pulper, and impurities (sand, metal fragments) are removed by high-frequency vibration screening.
Pulping: Adjust the fiber length and fineness. Bamboo pulp needs additional desugaring treatment to prevent deterioration.
2. Papermaking
Papermaking: The pulp is evenly spread on the mesh curtain, and the wet paper sheet is formed by the pressing roller. The gram weight is controlled (usually 18-25g/m²).
Drying: Drying with a high-temperature drying cylinder (100-130℃) to ensure that the moisture content is ≤8%.
Embossed/printed:
Embossed: The steel roller presses the three-dimensional pattern to improve the water absorption and aesthetics (such as diamond grid, wave pattern).
Printing: Gravure printing or flexographic printing, the ink must pass the migration test (to avoid falling off after contact with food).
3. Post-processing
Slitting and folding: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts into square or rectangular shapes, and the folding machine completes multi-layer stacking.
Sterilized packaging:
Ultraviolet or ethylene oxide sterilization to ensure that the total number of bacteria is ≤200 CFU/g.
Packaging is completed in a dust-free workshop, and the aluminum foil film is sealed to prevent moisture (preservatives need to be added to wet wipes).
Toilet paper, while primarily used for personal hygiene, has a variety of applications beyond its conventional use. Here are some common and creative applications of toilet paper, expressed in English:
Primary Applications:
Personal Hygiene – The most common use of toilet paper is for cleaning after using the restroom.
Facial Tissue Substitute – It can be used as a temporary alternative to tissues for wiping the face or blowing the nose.
Emergency Napkin – In the absence of napkins, toilet paper can be used to clean hands or surfaces during meals.
Household Applications:
Cleaning Tool – Toilet paper can be used to wipe spills, dust surfaces, or clean mirrors and windows.
Pet Care – It can be used to clean up after pets or as a lining for small animal cages.
Craft Material – Toilet paper rolls (the cardboard tube) are often used for DIY crafts and projects.
Creative and Unconventional Uses:
Fire Starter – Toilet paper is highly flammable and can be used to start fires in camping or survival situations.
Packing Material – It can be used as a cushioning material for fragile items during moving or shipping.
Seed Starter Pots – The cardboard tubes can be repurposed as biodegradable pots for starting plant seeds.
Emergency Bandage Wrap – In first aid situations, it can be used as a temporary wrap for minor cuts or wounds.
