Logistics companies rely on carbonless paper for multi-part delivery forms. The driver's copy, recipient's copy, and warehouse copy are all generated simultaneously during signing, providing real-time documentation of goods received while eliminating carbon sheet mess.
The paper features a complex multi-ply construction where each sheet contains specially treated surfaces. CB (Coated Back) sheets carry microcapsules on their reverse side, while CF (Coated Front) sheets contain the reactive clay coating. CFB sheets combine both coatings for intermediate copies in multi-part forms. This engineered structure allows for customized form sets ranging from 2-part to 5-part configurations. The base paper typically uses 40-120gsm weight, optimized for both durability and flexibility. High-quality wood pulp undergoes special bleaching processes to achieve the necessary surface smoothness (1-3µm roughness) for proper capsule adhesion and uniform color development. The layered architecture maintains dimensional stability during printing and handling, preventing misalignment in multi-copy forms.
